General Camp Information
Snacks, Lunch, and Swim Gear
•Each camper should bring a morning snack and a sacked lunch daily.
•We will have a swim time each day. Please bring a towel and swim suit.
Sunscreen
•Sunscreen will be available for those that forget to put it on at home before camp.
•At home, proper hydration and the application of sunscreen each morning help ensure a camper’s success and enjoyment.
Health Forms / Medicine
Students of The Seven Hills School may disregard as a medical form is already on record.
•A signed liability waiver and health form is required for camp attendance; please fill out and return the necessary forms ASAP or bring them with you on the first day of camp.
•We require a photocopy of your family medical plan card (back and front) in case of emergency.
• Each camper must have had a physical examination within 24 months before camp and a verification of their health status in the year before camp with a doctor’s signature and a doctor’s office stamp.
• Camper medication will be collected when a camper first checks in. All medication must be in the original prescription container.

Over-The-Counter Medications, Candy, Cash, Toys,
Electronic Games, Alcohol, Drugs, Weapons, or Expensive Items
•The Seven Hills School and/or Mr. Shargel will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Arrangements must be made with the Camp Directors to safely store anything that requires safe handling procedures.
Arrival and Departure
•Regular check-in time during the week is 9:00 a.m. and check-out is 3:30 p.m.
•Check in and out is at the top of the hill – signs and staff will be clearly visible.
•All children must check in and out with our staff. To have your camper picked up by someone other than their regular driver, a signed permission slip must be turned in.

•If your child is not going to be at camp, please email Mr. Shargel or call 933-0666 xt. 4976 as early as possible.
