Preparation: Students are assigned a partner. Each set of partners is assigned a CA Mission. They gather information based on a teacher-created check list / rubric using books as well as teacher-selected websites. (It works best if there are at least five websites available for each CA Mission.) They write up their information in a teacher-defined format.

Student partners work together to summarize their CA Mission information into 2-3 paragraphs. Teacher corrects summary as needed.

Students copy their summary to their Wiki page. Working with their partner, they highlight key terms and create links to the website where they found that information. Each CA Mission summary should have 8-10 links.

Optional: Students add pictures to their Wiki page. Have a share day where students read all the other Wiki pages. (You can create one Wiki page that links all the mission pages together to make it easier for students to access all of them.) Share wiki page links with the parents.
