The best way to
set up a scheduling system is to figure out what
works best with the teachers that are using the
cart.
If only 2-3 teachers are sharing a cart, often just
letting each other know their plans for the week is
enough.
If
more than three teachers are sharing a cart, some
type of online calendar system usually works best.
This can be an iCal, an Exchange shared calendar,
or any other system that works for the teachers.
IMPORTANT: Laptop use is contagious. The more you use them successfully, the more you will want to use them. Other teachers will see your excitement and will want to use them. COMMUNICATION is the best way to ensure you have the laptops when you need them.
